Bumsonseats alluded to this earlier and it got me thinking..
I too find it strange that shell has untill the 21st of september to release the csem findings, surely a report on the findings must have been produced in order for this decision to have been made.
I just find it weird that they came back with a no and that was it, no other reason given wait up to 3 weeks for your answer.
I'm not saying "i smell a rat" or anything all i'm saying is that its unusual.
