Thanks guys! This article ties in very nicely with KP’s recent joint Press Release from the 19th August titled" Protestors Wasting Time & Energy" in highlighting that the reforms to the EPBC Act are necessary.Which in turn ties in very nicely with the following:

Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Amendment (Streamlining Environmental Approvals) Bill 2020 Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Amendment (Standards and Assurance) Bill 2021—(Attorney-General, Senator Cash) Second reading—Adjourned debate (9 August 2021).
• The Environment Protection and Biodiversity Amendment (Streamlining Environmental Approvals) and the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Amendment (Standards and Assurance), would give effect to a 'commitment to progress single-touch environmental approvals' and would make it harder for activists to stall projects.
