I abhor property investing as it pushes up the price for people who actually need a place to live.
If you don't think we will end up in a similar situation to Nauru, I'd love to hear what plan the government has to change the current trajectory. We piss off our biggest customer, we cuddle up to our largest competitor and let them cut our lunch whenever they want. The reason I bought FMG and VTS? The position that Australia is a backwards redneck country run by people who I wouldn't trust to walk my dog.
