Somebody, insto or otherwise, is definitely trying to accumulate....market up, U3O8 up, SPUT pushing hard, demand/supply imbalance increasing daily, government action on ESG more visible....and yet there are sellers continually unloading into a rising price....
You can't tell me there isn't any manipulation going on....
