you made the comment "Secondly, I presume the auditor has no means to audit its inventory in Brazil, and couldn't see anywhere about disclaimer the risk of the ever large inventory carried by the company was not fully audited."Not sure why you would be comfortable making presumptions or assumptions about auditors...

You are showing a breathtaking lack of knowledge about how big auditing firms work. Do you really think a Sydney based Deloitte partner would take the risk of signing an auditing opinion with no knowledge about inventory and no disclosures?????
