The original deal was an off take of the DSO and an 8Mil prepayment for that DSO Ore. Plus Anglo had the first right of refusal for future IO concentrate and products from the hi smelt.
I would think that deal is now dead since the critical part of it isn't going forward at this stage. They will have to come up with a completely new deal I would think?
