The story here really is the complete lack of buyer demand. Sure, there's sells coming through, but the numbers aren't huge. Simply no-one is prepared to buy these bad boys (except at an ever steeping discount).
I told Monsoon and also GU that the market is currently in the process of downgrading the company's reputation. I don't know whether they took that comment seriously or not because I received no response (they're probably tired of hearing from me at this point)
