    Please explain BOD to investors (who have remained with MEC for years) why this negligence or is there another reason for this slack attention to detail. It is not like you have been hard at work or is this just a lifestyle company all along. It seems anything Breeze touches has drama connected to it. It is never reported to investors the real state of affairs. I am glad I am not overly exposed to this shambolic company. However, it would be good to bring it all to a completion and we all move on.
