So last week we had 11 mill debt, now take off 5 mill for placement and rights issue leaves only 6 mill in debt.
Conertable notes look like being paid up to some extent aswell so GGP may only end up with a couple of mill debt ie 3 mill and a significantly strengthened balance sheet moving forward.
