The company is going to pay a fee of $466K to raise the new capital! (to get the $4million new capital).
So the company will have just over $3.5m extra in the bank, on top of the $650K cash in the bank at the moment.
The re-listing is going to be an interesting time - FGO must get a lot of good news announcements out as soon as it lists or this will be heading back to 0.001 cents quicker than you can say faaarrrkkkk.
