AJA seems to be the best value proeprty trust listed on the ASX when you weight risk versus NTA. As long as no capital raising is done, and it looks like this will be unnecessary, best thing to do is put these units in the bottom of the socks drawer, and have a look again near the top of the stockmarket cycle.
Hell of a bargain IMO.
