    I think that's the way Morgan's wants it; continued accumulation at what they consider undervalued amounts and then they'll start promoting the company.
    This is the strongest position EQR has been in for years and is really building a base for the next leg up. Can't wait for the BFS to come out as I think that'll be the catalyst to rocket it ahead.
