according to him at some extent we are in the hands of engineers. having new group coming in has lead to several delays in both their coming to terms with the design and also choices of equipment.
On the other hand we are still having discussions with interested financiers and they are also waiting for finalisation of the update at which point we can move forward and it will get very busy.
