They would have had a better effect pushing prices higher by rewording it as "Convertible Note Exercised At A 10% PREMIUM To Capital Raising" however they made their intentions clear by purposefully driving down the share price. I actually like that. They didn't try to ramp and pump the crap out of it. They genuinely added more of their cash to their existing positions. Very nice!
