Ok, just got an email. Looks like its almost definitely Rent's external credit card processing company that's the problem. The actual wallet and the rest of the system is all working 100%. Peter Cook (NOV's CEO) is reaching out to Greg to see if they can assist. Let's hope they get on top of it ASAP.
