    wtf.
    did they just buy back something that we owned and had JV'd out already? figured if SFR wasn't interested in the ground they'd just hand it back for zilch. Seems a slap in the face to have to buy it back if they couldn't be bothered meeting their JV obligations. the ann dresses it up to sound like a good deal?. Am I missing anything?
