I was puzzling over the same thing. I think maybe @Mado thought it was the previous December, 2019 - it looks like it was high sixties around then - but from what I can tell not seventies.

Accuracy and attention to detail isn't a trait these downrampers seem to posses. I make mistakes, too - but I make a point of owning my mistakes.
