hmmm you would have thought that if someone was building a position the trading-bots would have the offer side loaded to keep a lid on it, but it is the bid side that is loaded...
though as a thought, maybe with IPL too much attention is given to fertilizer and it maybe the expected increase in explosive demand that is driving the share price. Coal demand has jumped big time just recently and this will help both the Aust & US IPL explosives business.
