KNI IPO Scale back

Hi All,

Would any of you kindly share what is the % of scale back for your KNI IPO subscription? Or there will be different lever of scale back case by case? This is my first time join the IPO, so not sure how it works. (why I join this is becasue I have some VUL.)

My share trading platform reserves me $2,000 since July for 10,000 shares IPO, and emailed me this morning at 12.54pm that my subscription is scaled back, I will only received 11% of the shares, remaining refunded.

I mean, this looks dodgy to me, because they only informed me after the big profit is confirmed. If they informed me before today, I will not suspect anything, because by that time, no one knows how the share price will move. But not 2 hours after the share is on the market for trading....

So I ask them to provide me the evidence to proved this is a genuine scale back, but they couldn't keep saying this is their custodian's result,. (I don't care, I am their direct customer, not their custodian's. To me, they are the same party)

And I also find in other thread, people are receiving refund or shares since last Wednesday, so I mean it should not take that long for them to take action.....

And do you know If I can complain them via ACCC? or other entity?
