Can you possibly be serious?
To get funding for a proposed mine in Tanzania, which nobody in that country (or anywhere else) wanted to fund, the company went and bought 70% of some non-quantified asset in the Ukraine? And debt-funded it!
WHO is going to lend them money on that basis? I don't know your professional background, but I'd bet London to a brick it's not business, or, finance!
