I have been for this company for quite sometime now. LTV and CAC are also good, plus the product integration features.
They've done a lot in terms of product features. Mac computers by default have very good PDF features built into their systems and Microsoft Edge are also enabling features for general users with every update. They are kinda late to the party. But there is a market for Nitro.
This company is yet again not reporting total users breakdown by category. There is nothing commercially sensitive about it. I really wanna know what % of fee loaders from last year were converted into full-fee paying customers. I cant keep taking bunch of words that management is ALWAYS putting out.
Based on modelling, I've made assumptions about what a fair price should be.
Today's report sat way below my expectations. Revenue was extremely insufficient. Share based payment was 17% of the revenue. How can shareholders reconcile with that. What were they thinking. That is absurdly too high.
Lack of revenue growth primarily, questionable moves and secrecy, so
I'm out..
