I don't expect any announcements at least until certain people are allocated their shares.
At what stage we hear something from Farole is anybody’s guess.
The way I see it there has been plenty of time passed to give RRS the flick but it hasn't happen yet.
If, as it has been suggested, Africa Oil and Raytec came to a arrangement with Puntland without RRS, they won't win in court.
The legalities, which has been stated on this forum are covered in USA, Canada, UK and Australia.
RRS signed with Puntland.
Africa Oil signed WITH RRS.
Raytec signed with Africa Oil.
The contract trail always leads back to RRS and Puntland.
I can't see RRS being excluded while everybody else is included
Farole in my view appears to be a impressive, patience and methodical operator.
If the drilling doesn’t start because of security issues the contract will cover that.
If Farole gives RRS the flick, everybody gets the flick and Puntland has to start again.
It still is my view Africa Oil won't be departing with seismic data until contract issues are confirm.
The track record and experience of Africa Oil management suggests they would be protecting their position.
There has been some interesting posts regarding the clans and the regions they belong too.
It shows the work that Farole has to do to get all bases covered.
Winners are grinners and losers can do what they like.
