rail ...................having been the victim of lowball M& A in the past i had a laugh reading "they won't be getting my shares" !
Said it myself several times...
unfortunately unless u are a major SH you won't have much say in it............
If we don't deliver on Riley ..my biggest fear is getting swallowed by a bigger fish (our current MC plus let say 30-50% to get a buyout over the line is all thats needed for the sofh's to fold given the raisings we have had...also toilet paper money for the big boys).
