I like many have being paying interest on the loaned amount of $9000 to purchase $15000 worth, which was taken from my margin lending account last week. This is annoying but part of the game I suppose.
So not only do NAB benefit from holding the money but other margin lenders like Commsec do too on interest payments.
I'm in the wrong business.
