Pluto you must be with the stars if you think BLY is headed to 40c anytime soon. It says a lot that you are comparing this to other rights issues. The difference here is that that are going from 1.5B shares pre rights issue to 4B shares post. Bit hard to say it is going to 44c, because thats where it was before. This will be lucky to see 30c again in the next year.
