For that sized business and role, the best you can get is $180K plus super plus bonus.
Given the long tenure with the company, poor perfomance and bad PR with the AFR she won't find it easy to get another role on the open market.
The market rate is what they were paying the Japan CEO.
Cut those salaries and pay on performance, thats all thats needed and we will return to profitability.
