"near-term" is questionable ... note construction was penciled in for 3 years. Need to factor in the devastation from the Uranium Bill, might be some unforeseeable consequences. (project funding due to esg etc).
I think this will expedite other projects, oddly enough.
There was quite a lot of emphasis to get the small mining projects up and running; gems etc.
