Appreciate the effort that you have gone too.

Now what you need to do to your baseline projections is calibrate them with some comparable companies, on a like for like
(granted that there will not be companies researching exactly the same therapies but you could use a similar psychedelic trial to our psychedelic trial for instance.)

For the other therapies it's a bit difficult but you could use the TAM for each therapy perhaps?
