Based on the announcement (assuming it's not going to be amended again) - they actually increased staff and director costs LOL

"General & Administrative (G&A) expenses of $2,386,784 increased 68%, or $963,284 from the same period a year ago which is a result of:
a) Increased in headcount in the administrative team resulted in higher employee-related expenses;
b) An increase in Director remuneration"

1. So they have increased admin costs but can't proof read and check documents before sending them out; and
2. They increase director remuneration for directors who don't read their own declarations before they are provided to the market
