DDR was trading at $11.60 before Exeed deal. $68m purchase price.
It has now topped at circa $16
Shares on issue of 172m (maybe more now) x $4.40 = $756m
So the market cap goes up by $756m on a $68m purchase that has a nett Profit of $15m
