Some people say commercial property still to fall 20%, some say it is bottoming here so it is difficult to decide what to do on a longer time-frame.

I don't know what is going on here today, just like I didn't understand the ridiculous sell off last week (but at least I knew that was overdone.) This could just be a set up prior to another sell off, it could be short covering or it could be genuine interest based on the idea property values are bottoming.

But I am back to free carry on my shares, selling my ST parcels today between 53 and 54.5.

Could go higher. 60c not unreasonable if there is genuine interest, but due the the way the instos rape this occasionally it is unpredictable and a 'gambling stock', I am happy with my ST profits over the week.
