yeah... dont disagree on the volume... just found it interesting. I reckon somewhere between 25-50% of volume is bots. (20% of daily volume below 100 units, another 10% below 200 units). I thinking/guess bots often buy & sell quickly.... so this 4.3 million shorts will be hard to close with such a small volume of non-bot sellers. I didnt say "keep volume down", more like the bots are such a large percentage of the trades, maybe higher than 50%, that it naturally hits that 200k. just my musings.....Of course if I sold tomorrow they cant keep that volume low.
So can you indulge me,
do most of the bots close their position each day?
or would they hold long term?
Is it reasonable to assume most trades under $1000 are bots? (maybe $2000)
