Insto's controlling the price so that they pick up cheap shares along the upward trend. They buy and sell to themselves keep a lid on the price so that they get a bigger bang for their buck.
If you believe that the price should be greater, then hold on. If not, then sell. Everyone has a different risk profile and hence buy/sell accordingly.
This is not advice by the way. Just explaining what I think is happening.
