Hey @Fishhugh and @DiscoDanNZ. The share price doesn't matter in the slightest. The shares could be priced at $5, provided there are 50 times less shares on offer (at $5) then the amount of the stake in the company you'd end up with would be the same (or alternatively they could have priced at 2c, but there would be 10x more shares). You need to ignore the share price and just look at the market cap of the spun out business and compare that to the market cap of HWK.
All you need to worry about is for the Market Cap of the company, is that value for money to tip in to a spec gold explorer or are the better value explorers around.
