I shouldn't be ssying this as I haven't got as much shares as I would like but here it goes! I feel he wants to focus on SWM only and possible that he may want to take it over whilst it has a low SP as he knows SWM has turned and in the right track to be a stock well above $1 and paying div,s He will have more control and more power by owning SWM outright. on another note NEC has there revenue dropping which is another sign that SWM may be taking their market share, this tells me that NEC shareholders may start to sell NEC and buy SWM as they will own 5+ SWM shares for every 1 NEC share, just my thoughts. lets see how this week finishes with the SP.
