yeah but fwl is in business too and they are going to know that the other parties know that they don't have any money. it is probably the reason that they havn't done a deal yet but i can't see fwl sitting on thier hands. imo fwl needs a circuit breaker of some sort. the market is improving, they could raise thier own funds and send the jv partners packing.
