The big issue imo is that a lot of HC posters engage the mouth (fingers) before the brain and the statements they make are none retractable once the button is pushed . What some don't seem to realise is what some accuse these guys of doing is a criminal offence so why wouldn't they want to defend themselves. Slander and liable have been an offence for many years.
