the issue with JV in China are vast and the rules are onerous, with actual ownership levels in the JV ( and we don't know for sure who owns what in the particular JV ) , if indeed a WFOE aim a JV structure and who is actually in control of the JV.
who actually controls the JV is important in this case .

if you read the numbers our amazing CEO and Secretary spout forth into the announcement sphere you are talking numbers which would have to approved to leave the country ..
