More than the discount, the usual concern is lack of liquidity and triggers/news flow with these sort of stocks. That's where the Good broker is needed to support. Also, why would someone will buy from broker if it is not a discounted raise.
In terms of percentage, it was at 15-20 percent discount from the last traded price.

Imagine doing the CR at little discount or par with no liquidity and triggers.. have seen many like these.
