Interesting that this China dealing / revenue reparation issue is only now raising it's head on the forum...nothing is with out risk ..but that risk is higher in some foreign locations , particularly China if you don't follow the rules or take too much for granted , for they are experts at taking advantage of poor control systems as many a past aspirant can sadly testify. ( PET unfortunately is one which comes to mind)
End of day we have to assume that AHI are across all this and stay forever vigilant.
