No I do not. I agree with Buckley and believe that it should be based on INTENT not result. Do YOU think that if Maxwell had've done the exact same bump to Wayne Carey or Glen Archer he would've broken their jaw? Not likely, that's why it should be intent.
What option did Maxwell have Head2641?
Not sure how many times I can say this before it sinks in....I personally don't think what Franklin did was wrong and think it is just part of our game but if they go by this new rule then he MUST go. He had a chance to tackle but decided to bump and made contact with the head causing injury. I also think that he was very unlucky and if Cousins had've been hit in another part of the head and just bounced up then he wouldn't even be in front of the tribunal. Simple as that. And THAT IS WRONG but it's the way the bloody AFL see things.
