    Where do I start Jake002

I'll include @fyi so since you have commented on him I believe. I still know where FYI stands exactly other than showing up the decline in scale of business and peopel in control when that happened. I doubt he is a supporter of current folk ?

I know - I'll start with why were you calling this up and happy promoting buy right up until the point that the current management colours as predators came to the table and got control. All the way from $1 down to ? Those AGM's you attended and lapped up shallow answers? those marketing number claims by Cove that translated to nothing sales ultimately? Expansion into other countries- basically zippo ?

Were you mislead or did you get it wrong? Even when several posters spelled out exactly ( in long detailed posts or one liners) what was likely to happen and as it turned out - it did happen.

So the business now- Managment have somewhat cleared the decks and the books hopefully won't piss any more $ down the tube of excesses,. Confectionary is a scale and margin game and these guys need scale but haven't provided a pathway to achieve that. With slim margins and IMO fragile client base there are huge risks. Shareholders literally havee to understand that in one way or another ( discounts, rebates, promotions or direct cash payment) you pay for placement of your goods in a shop and better placement in planograms costs $. Retail doesn't guarantee your space and it is often dependent on sales number sto keep it and at very short notice yoiu can be handed your marching orders . YOW has no market power IMO. Without better placement and promotion / advertising it is hard to expand your reatil clientbase and have more sell through. No volume increase , no ecconomy of scale benefit no margin increase means no effective growth.
Have they cleaned the business up enough to interest someone enough to pay them to take it off their hands? Will they get paid anything to sell business? What liability cost of simply closing it down and being a listed cashbox? I guess teh business is in a position now that they could give it away and possibly get a trailing comission if the new owner does well with it- that is how tough this industry is.

You know I love the product and it's idea and it had great promise as a enviro educational product with possibilities of all sorts of spin off but these have vanished due to time and will need large investment to restart. The digital asset IMO is in poor condition and all the $ on cartoons, books through schoolastic etc has come to zilch and now going stale on the shelf. Sad but that's teh way I see it.

So Jake if you want to discuss it put up the full story and not justa select version please.

The final part is how will small holder minority investors ( not a short term trade) get a return on investment and have control over their investment
and managembt and I can't see how so that is a huge risk many don't appoear to be able to quantify. Ride on the coat-tails of this team- well I think even you have pointed out the performance of their other vehicles for small holders - IMO not stella is it?

I've no problem with traders having a punt but to get their extra pips by promoting false informatoin and implying other information why shouldn't they be expected to be called out.

I hope small holders can do well but be very cautious on any business valuation of choccy side and be realistic on minority shareholders ability ( which is zero) to access the 10 mill cash. It on the surface looks simple and hence why promoters are trying another pump but it isn't as simple as that for a investment. Management love the pumps as if they can get share price to hold at a higher value or change the trading range then their Fund looks better on monthly reporting. .
