worst case qpn sell the acerage for us$10 mill and pays sh out the proceeds. thats a 3 bagger minimum at $4 million market cap given the latest sale at $70 an acre.

read an article last night about some huge us company buying up all the acerage. they hold 1.1 million acres atm. qpn would be a cheap takeover target for them imo.
