re: Ann: Eldorado and Sino Gold announce Busi... Eldorado Gold script offer of 0.55 ELD.TO shares for each SGX.AX share. Eldorado last close at $11.96CAD on the Toronto exchange values SGX at $7.24.

SGX has traded above $7.24 in the past and looked like it would eclipse this level sometime in the not too distant future as it has a good pipeline of mine development and hard to get expertise in China. Another problem is I dont want shares on the Toronto stock exchange.
