It seems he had a margin call; but I doubt it was on NOR. I cannot recall any of the Directors buying on market. And when Doz first informed us about overdue announcements in 2019, he was strongly urging Directors to buy on market. They never heeded his call.
So twice now we have seen Doz criticize management (lack of buying and snouts in the trough) and both times the SP was double what it is today. And yet he remains eternally bullish. Go figure.
