The previous low hit $10-65 in May during the course of the day.....it then closed at around $11........I reckon the same characteristic was happening today when it bounced off $10-70 to close at $10-86. As this happened so late in the day , there wasn't enough time for it to scale $11 by late session ......it managed to go $10-97 for a brief moment but closed lower. Another 30-60 minutes of trade and we would have closed over $11.
Doesn't matter, I reckon it will happen tomorrow.
