    To be honest , I don’t really like Mitsui who deals with thing very slow as Cristobal mentioned bidding will be end of Quarter! Wha need take a year to complete the bidding ? I believe Lpi just open for public, there will be a big waiting list who wants to work together to secure the best resources! I see Mitsui has got good relationships with locals for decade ! But why take so long to hold LPI ?
