Here read this. Payment disputes in China are super common and often go to arbitration.

I sincerely hope its not an invoicing system like Xero or MYOB and that's what they rely on. But we are talking about Perth..
If Tinjoy has no contractual obligation to pay and its front desk Karen running on start up salary numbers sending Xero invoices to Tinjoy, we are all in trouble.
But hey, if you believe the invoice story and the announcements , then you also believe the revenue story....which hasn't happened yet.

Maybe they have invoiced for the 20 million scans so far carried out by health conscious in Chinese people in Xian Province on Tinjoy and Tinjoy hasn't sent the money. And that why we have nothing in the bank....with a MC looking shaky.
