Skimming this it seems very detailed and raises alarm bells on a couple areas.

When you read it in depth there are a fair few gaping holes in this analysis. I’ll aim to go into some detail on it tomorrow.

a few quick things:

Obvious one is the dates which are so far off, 2026…. Funding will happen this year not 2023. So you can bring that two years forward. It’s not “when” it’s 2021.

Old DFS figures which will be redundant with new BFS Including the wedge and updated LOM.

Its forgot the Tin. A slight edit saying Woops doesn’t really make up for that massive omission.

Reasons why we didn’t take cash off China for Offtakes. That’s because we wanted the best offtake terms.. that’s what we got as well, has been discussed here before.
