Ann: Preliminary Final Report, page-7

Just stumbled on DDT a couple of days ago while trawling through the dregs of the ASX.

Here are my really basic observations without delving to far into the numbers.
-- company is profitable with a PE of 9 (give or take)
-- generates significant royalty revenue
-- has multiple clients (off and onshore)
-- managing director holds a significant position in the company (and has extensive experience in theft prevention and recover via is time with the police)
-- top 20 holders hold almost 60% of the outstanding float
-- there is zero debt (granted that's due the note conversion and cap raise last year)
-- PropertyVault synergies are just ramping up (which should result in an expansion of potential clients)

What are the risks:
-- Key person risk with Brad
-- Extended covid lockdown (though mitigated somewhat with the decent chunk of royalty revenue)

What am i missing here if anything ?!
